ok, i read this ad thing nd it says that if you drink this it'll make you lose weight fast. but its supposed to be oolong tea or something like that... so my question is if i drink regular oolong tea instead of this crap would it work in helping me lose weight?
nd please dont tell me that i probably look fine or that im the weight im supposed to be. my dr said i need to lose weight nd regular diet nd excercise isn't really working. plus i hate looking at myself... i just get discusted. nd im pre diabetic so i want to loose as much as it would be healthy for me to be.
