If not, what is the black residue your foot is supposed to leave on them. Supposedly the residue dissipates after you use them awhile.

"the pads do not work there is a brown powder already on the pad and with moisture the brown powder or so called toxins are shown who ever has da pads but 5-10 drops of distilled water on it and it will turn brown. "
