Ginseng's Power
Native to the mountain forests of the northeastern China, Korea and the far eastern regions of Russia, Ginseng is a slow-growing herb. If i take these vitamins and workout allot will i restore my libido/sex-drive?
I have a low sex-drive/low energy and im trying to restore it back to normal, but im wondering if taking all of these is bad for me. I'm 18 year old male by the way.
I exercise allot and i get 7 to 8/2 hours of sleep every day and im still not feeling well. Mentally and physically drained for the past 3years.

I know that your body filters out what you dont need?
I think cardio is the best recipe for that. When doing cardio exercise your constantly moving your body around. That routine usually gives you improved overall blood circulation and maintains a healthy beating heart. I know taking a regular multi vitamin is just as good too, as long as the multi vitamin doesnt have iodine or iron, those 2 vitamins make it hard for your digestive system to break it down. but about half the time some vitamins dont have those 2 ingredients in them.
Drink regular tea or green tea ( to me its the same thing) ditch soft drinks. you'll be fine, just stay the course and hopefully you phsyci will change and your body will readjust. If not then see a doctor.
